About the role: 

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing front line support for our go-to-market teams (Sales, Channel and Customer Success) answering questions and completing tasks related to our sales process, policies and deal fulfillment. In this role you will be a part of a larger Global Revenue Operations team tasked with driving revenue through operational efficiencies, insight gathering and software administration. 
 
Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To 
 

  • Respond to tickets submitted to Sales Operations (For example: sales support questions, account reassignments, and other general items, most of which are listed below) 
  • Re-assign and escalate tickets to other team members when needed 
  • Data entry in CRM for sellers and operations (i.e. Employee Counts, Account Segmentation, Territory Updates) 
  • Managing renewal metadata updates in CRM 
  • Deal processing support and ensure accuracy in opportunity data inputs for correct closing procedures 
  • Microsoft operations support (Co-Sell deal routing, co-sell deal review, PRACR reporting) 
  • Tool licensing updates (Additions & deletions of user accounts for onboarding and offboarding) 
  • Product SKU management for direct & channel sales. Inclusive of short term & long-term promotions by product type, geographies, partner type, etc. 
  • Quote building support for any team member creating quotes (Mainly, but not limited to: direct & in-direct sellers, customer success team, sales management). 
  • Communicate new and updated product SKUs & marketing content to distributors in timely manner 
  • Review distributor billing discrepancies and advise both internal and external accounting teams of findings and adjust invoices/COP/CRM as necessary; approve refunds/credits 
  • Troubleshoot why CMP orders did not successfully provision; modify subscriptions when necessary in COP/CRM; liaise with distributors and partners to guide them on how to resolve certain issues; clean up COP and/or CRM alongside CRM Admins & Cloud Ops Support 
  • Basic reporting/data pulls (i.e. Top customers/top opportunities) 

 

Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include: 
 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 
  • 1-2 years’ experience in coordination and operational support (preferable “go-to market” teams like Sales, Customer Success, etc.) 
  • Excellent communication and listening skills 
  • English needs to be used as a working language; fluent in oral and written English with good interpersonal skills 
  • Positive attitude and drive for problem-solving 
  • Impeccable organization and time management skills 
  • Self-motivated in a teamwork context 
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel 
  • Working knowledge of a CRM Database preferred (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce) 
  • Amenable to work night shift for the first 3 months of training
