Our highly innovative and international team is searching for the Sales Operations Specialist.

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Cyntegrity, you will play a key role in optimizing sales processes, managing our CRM, supporting data-driven decision-making, and enabling the sales team with the tools and insights they need to succeed. You’ll collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Project Management teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot preferred) to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and pipeline performance.
  • Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights, reports, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop sales enablement materials (PowerPoint decks, trainings, templates) to support the team across different stages of the funnel.
  • Support RFP/proposal management and coordinate responses in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure process consistency and documentation.

Essential Criteria

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree with an advanced degree in life sciences, economics & business, or engineering.


Experience/Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, HubSpot preferred.
  • Excellent data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM reporting).
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills; ability to create clear, visually compelling presentations.
  • Experience supporting RFPs and proposal development processes.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the life sciences, clinical trials, or healthcare technology sector.
  • Familiarity with proposal automation tools or AI-supported sales processes.
