Role Mission:

The Sales Operations Specialist will support and optimize commercial processes to enhance sales team productivity and performance. They will manage the CRM (HubSpot), analyze sales data, and generate actionable insights to continuously improve commercial operations. We are seeking an organized, analytical, and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and effective collaboration with internal teams.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily operational support to the sales team, ensuring efficient pipeline management using HubSpot CRM.
  • Monitor, analyze, and generate regular sales performance reports, providing clear visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Actively track and follow up with prospects throughout the sales pipeline, facilitating their smooth progression to closure or operational hand-off.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on objectives and strategies.
  • Assist in sales forecasting activities, performance tracking, and regular reporting.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improving sales processes and operations, continuously enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Experience & Education:

  • 1 to 3 years of demonstrable experience in Sales Operations, sales support, or similar roles, ideally within technology or consulting companies.
  • Proven hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.

Technical Skills:

  • Intermediate analytical skills to interpret sales data and produce practical insights.
  • Good command of tools such as Excel/Google Sheets for sales analysis and reporting.

Languages:

  • Spanish: Fluent or Native.
  • English: Intermediate level, sufficient for technical documentation, tool usage, and basic written and oral communication.

Preferred Qualifications (Not mandatory):

    • General knowledge of the technology, consulting, or digital solutions industry.
    • Familiarity with additional sales automation and reporting tools.
    • Additional training in project management methodologies or continuous improvement.
