Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and continous improvement of sales operational processes, with a strong focus on automation of the offer process and automated sales workflows acros teams;
- Automate sales quotation processes (pricing, approvals, documentation etc.) to reduce manual work and turnaround time;
- Ensure accurancy and consistency of sales data across CRM and reporting tools;
- Automate and improve reporting processes and dashboards to increase efficiency and measure operational impact;
- Act as a process owner for sales operational flows and trusted partner for Sales Managers and key stakeholders;
- Identify automation opportuities and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Who are we looking for?
- At least 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Process Improvements, Reporting, Business Analysis or similar roles.;
- Hands-on experience with sales process automation and workflow optimization
- Advanced Excel skills, experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Centrix etc.),
- Structured, solution-oriented and proactive mindset;
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and change initiatives;
- Business Level English (written and spoken).
