What you will do
Partner with and support the sales team across a broad range of areas including sales processes, deal desk, reporting, CRM administration, and day-to-day needs.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of opportunity, account, and contact data, support monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, track key sales KPIs, and collaborate with sales leadership to build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into performance, trends, and risks.
Manage and optimize day-to-day Salesforce and GTM systems operations, including data hygiene, pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, tool administration, troubleshooting, integrations, and workflow improvements across platforms such as Salesforce, Clari, Gong, SaaSify, and other sales technologies.
Serve as the primary sales ops and deal desk point of contact for EMEA and APAC sales teams, providing end-to-end deal support across local time zones, partnering with sales to structure deals, review quote configurations, and ensure pricing, discounting, approvals, exceptions, and non-standard contract terms align with company policies and approval frameworks.
Act as a trusted advisor and central point of coordination across sales, legal, finance, and other stakeholders by applying deep knowledge of product offerings, pricing models, packaging, and contract processes to guide deal strategy, reduce cycle times, and ensure consistent global execution.
Provide guidance and hands-on support to the sales team on RFPs, security questionnaires, and other customer-facing documentation to ensure, accurate, and consistent responses.
Identify gaps and opportunities to improve sales processes, deal desk workflows, reporting, and system usage to increase efficiency, scalability, and deal velocity; document and maintain sales process guidelines, playbooks, and operational policies.
Support the sales team from onboarding, through their time at Sysdig, through offboarding, including access management, account and opportunity reassignment, tool enablement, training, process adoption, and partnership with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will bring with you
2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
Working knowledge of Salesforce (required); ability to navigate reports, dashboards, opportunity management, and basic configuration.
Experience with sales productivity tools such as Clari, Gong, SaaSify, or similar tools is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working across Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
