Who we’re looking for / The role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive Blood’s retail execution in Singapore. This role is responsible for ensuring on-shelf availability (OSA), promotional compliance, and in-store display execution across all retail partners by managing both in-house merchandisers and external merchandising agencies. This is a hands-on role that will have a direct impact on Blood’s growth trajectory in Singapore by ensuring flawless on-ground execution.

Plan store visits by agency and in-house merchandisers (30%)
Instruct merchandisers on visit processes (30%)
Build Win-win Relationships with Stores (30%)
Planning, Feedback & Reporting (10%)
4–7 years of experience in sales operations, retail operations, or merchandising management
Strong understanding of modern trade retail execution in Singapore, and strong understanding of store operations
Proven experience managing merchandisers and/or third-party agencies
Comfortable with high-level KPI analysis and problem-solving
Willingness to spend significant time in-store and on the ground to guide, learn and resolve issues
Plan the visit schedule and frequency for all retailer stores across Singapore
Assign visits to either in-house merchandisers or external agencies
Compare merchandiser data and uploaded photos to verify that data is being input accurately
Ensure 100% store visit accuracy i.e. all merchandiser visits happen according to schedule
Share promo bulletins to merchandisers to inform them of our planned promotions and displays
Ensure visit processes are being followed for stocktaking, replenishment, promo price checks, before and after photos, POSM installation etc.
Conduct periodic merchandiser trainings to refresh and/or share new visit processes
Support merchandisers by visiting and building relationships with our top retail stores
Build good relations with store staff and managers, and brief them on our hero SKUs, giving staff samples and product brochures/info
Negotiate with stores for secondary space/displays, and push boundaries to maximize opportunities to place stocks & POSMs at relevant positions in stores whenever possible
Support cross functional teams in conducting distribution audit and ad hoc duties as and when required to drive overall brand growth
Prepare regular reports for key metrics like On-Shelf Availability, on-time installation of POSMs and promo compliance and share them with management
Consolidate photos and feedback on our products/activities, and share store and display issues, and competitor’s activities to the Key Account Manager and General Manager
