In our first 2 years, Arbital Health has established itself as a trusted partner for over 40 payers, providers, and other stakeholders looking to navigate the complexities of risk-based contracting.
This role sits at the center of our go-to-market operation. You’ll own HubSpot end-to-end, ensure the sales team is operating cleanly and compliantly, and provide the insights leadership needs to make smart decisions. You’ll work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer with ad hoc projects that support meaningful growth towards our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
Own HubSpot as a super user: configuration, workflows, dashboards, data hygiene, and reporting
Build and maintain robust reporting on pipeline health, conversion metrics, sales activity, and forecasting
Ensure sales process compliance across teams — if it’s not in HubSpot, it didn’t happen
Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve workflows and CRM usage
Conduct light outbound follow-up (email and phone) with prospects as needed
Support the Chief Commercial Officer with special projects, including: preparing board-ready decks and commercial updates; pulling and synthesizing relevant performance data; ad hoc analysis and operational initiatives
Qualifications
Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role
HubSpot power user experience with deep reporting expertise
Strong analytical skills and comfort translating data into insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Professional presence and comfort working with senior leadership
Self-starter mentality with flexibility to handle evolving priorities
