Your opportunity

Scandit is currently seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to support our Global and North American sales processes and reporting. You will be a key part of our Global team, supporting the engines that deliver Scandit’s disruptive software-based Mobile Barcode Scanning and Solutions to mid-sized and Enterprise customers. Our target markets include businesses in retail, transportation, logistics and travel. You are a high-performing professional, experienced in annual sales planning, reporting & analysis, business partnering, sales process, who is motivated to join a fast-growing and dynamic high tech company to provide transparency and visibility into the key metrics of success.

Here’s how you’ll contribute:

  • Support the Global Annual Sales Planning Process ensuring adherence to planning guidelines, accuracy of master data information, territory planning requirements and implementation of the Annual Sales Plan.
  • Manage Bi-Weekly Global Forecast process, ensuring accuracy of forecasting assets, supporting sales leaders in building their forecast, drive forecast accuracy and hold sales leaders accountable.
  • Ensure rigorous pipeline management with regard to opportunity data integrity, sales stage conformity and ageing/push count reviews.
  • Prime responsibility for the review of adherence to the Scandit sales process including sales methodology and sales stages, territory and opportunity reviews.
  • Process management for Enterprise Account Plans, Deal Scans, Deal Inspection, Plan to Win and Quote Reviews.
  • Ensure core sales and pipeline information can be used within the sales organisation and the wider company to drive decisions.

Measure the effectiveness and help further develop our sales strategy through:

  • Reporting & detailed analysis to drive corrective action.
  • Quarterly go to market analysis and reviews.
  • Monthly Win/Loss analysis.
  • Measurement of Enterprise Account Plan performance and effectiveness to both sell to new and upsell into existing customers.

Recommend and implement strategies to drive sales productivity through review and analysis of:

  • Sales Methodology effectiveness.
  • Productivity of ramped and ramping salespeople.
  • Sales Enablement impact on pipeline generation, qualification, selling and positioning, closing and account management.
  • Effectiveness of Sales Director handbook processes.

Who we look for

Team players who thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Does this sound like you? Here are a few other key qualities you need to bring to the role: 

  • Ideally 7-10 years of Sales Operations, Sales Strategy or Revenue Operations experience.
  • Experience in SaaS companies during periods of rapid ARR growth.
  • Comfortable working with and presenting to Sales VPs, directors and individual salespeople in various forums.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams.
  • Known as reliable, structured, and a self-starter.
  • Highly proficient in data manipulation and obsessed by data accuracy.
  • East Coast based, preferably in or around Boston.
