Job Summary
The Sales Operations Manager for International Sales will be based in Sri Lanka and serve as the operational backbone for our global sales teams responsible for the ‘SARA’ Remote Video Monitoring platform.
‘SARA’ is the award winning agentic ai solution that stands for ‘Speaking Autonomous Responsive Agent’ and is poised to transform call center operations from human-based to ai-based.
This role is focused on process, reporting, and salesperson enablement across various international territories. The successful candidate will leverage their strong analytical skills, organizational abilities and systems knowledge to ensure our global sales engine runs efficiently, accurately, and scalably. The work is strictly non-local and supports global sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Process Management: Assist sales as needed for updating the CRM and processing/checking order intake.
Sales follow through: Help ensure proposal creation, deliver and receipt.
Booking & follow up: Book orders and liase with operations for order fulfillment.
Systems Administration: Serve as the primary global contact for CRM system administration (e.g., pipeline management, custom fields, reporting tools) for SARA RVM international sales data.
Data Auditing: Implement rigorous data governance and auditing processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of international sales metrics, pipelines, and customer records.
Reporting Automation: Develop and automate custom international sales reports and dashboards, providing Executive Leadership and Global Sales Directors with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Revenue Operations for an organization with significant international sales exposure.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in CRM administration and report creation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Advanced command of data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.
Global Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand and manage business processes that span multiple time zones and international sales cultures.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with international executives and sales teams.
Preferred
Experience in call center operations.
Experience with a major CRM platform.
Experience in working for a company with a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or subscription-based revenue model.
