The Sales Operations team sits at the core of LinkedIn Sales Solutions, partnering with a variety of cross-functional teams (sales, business operations, finance, marketing, product, etc) to help crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the Sales Solutions business.
As the Sales Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in enabling a high-performing sales organization by driving operational excellence, improving processes, and fostering strong collaboration with other departments. This role focuses on turning data into insights, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the sales team has the tools, processes, and support needed to scale efficiently.
The candidate should be very attentive to detail, be used to working with large sets of data, and be comfortable using both communication and analytical skills. Having exceptional problem solving and project management skills are highly appreciated advantages.

The ideal candidate can effectively communicate with different departments and collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, own detailed processes, and perform professionally in a challenging, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership by transforming data, process, and insights into scalable revenue impact
Maintain and optimize sales processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across the sales lifecycle
Own day-to-day sales operations tasks, including CRM hygiene, data integrity, reporting, and documentation
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; recommend and implement improvements that enhance productivity
Support sales planning activities such as territory alignment, quota tracking, and capacity analysis
Own roster management and central quota processes
Act as a trusted operational partner to regional sales operations colleagues by responding to questions and resolving process issues
Assist in onboarding new sales operations hires by providing tools, documentation, and process training
Support the rollout of new tools, processes, and initiatives across the sales operations teams
Create and maintain clear, scalable documentation for sales workflows and best practices
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related role
2+ years of experience with Excel
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Technology, SaaS, Engineering is highly valued
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Highly collaborative style and ability to communicate with cross-functional stakeholders in a high-growth, performance-focused environment
High attention to detail for audits
Experience with reporting tools like PowerBI and/or Tableau
Knowledge of SQL or similar for data queries is desirable
High attention to detail and a passion for process improvement
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
Experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools
