Support the development of revenue operations processes while gaining exposure to high-impact decision-making in a rapidly scaling creative ops company.

Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams. We launched in March 2021 and have raised +$70m from world-class venture capital groups including Avenir, Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures.

This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in New York City.

The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to help build the foundation of our Revenue Operations organization as we scale. This role will initially report to our VP of Revenue and transition under our Revenue Operations Director. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who’s ready to take on meaningful ownership and develop quickly within a fast-moving GTM organization.

You’ll support core operational processes across our inbound, outbound, and product-led motions. The ideal candidate is someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and collaborates well across teams. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and insights that keep our sales engine running, while gaining exposure to high-impact, strategic decision-making.

You are ready to:

  • Support the development and optimization of RevOps processes across our inbound, outbound, and product-led motions
  • Partner with Sales, Success, Onboarding, and Marketing to provide analysis and operational support that helps drive decision-making

  • Help administer Salesforce and other GTM tools, including troubleshooting, documentation, and light configuration
  • Assist in building processes that improve how our teams operate throughout the customer journey
  • Support enablement efforts by preparing materials, dashboards, and insights for our growing GTM teams

Your Experience

  • High proficiency with Excel/Sheets; interest in learning light modeling and reporting frameworks
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems quickly, especially CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Bias toward action and resourcefulness, even when information is incomplete
  • Positive attitude, collaborative working style, and a desire to help build scalable GTM systems
