About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to be a trusted partner to our Sales and GTM teams. You’ll leverage Salesforce and sales tool expertise to streamline processes, improve forecasting, and drive rep productivity. This role blends hands-on systems work with strategic problem-solving to support growth at scale.
Serve as Salesforce subject matter expert; maintain data integrity across GTM systems. Support quoting, amendments, and transactional processes in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and policy alignment.
New partner onboarding: coordinate registrations; collect, validate, and store required docs (authorization letters, manufacturer’s certificates); maintain accurate partner account/contact data, status, and access flags in line with policy
Assist in documenting business requirements, workflows, best practices, and training materials. Support testing, validation, and rollout of system and process changes.
