1–2 years of experience in sales operations, administration, or operational support.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
Strong attention to detail with good administrative and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with data tracking, monitoring, and operational reporting.
