The Role

Peregrine is hiring a Sales Enablement & Product Platform Program Manager to own both the end-to-end Sales New Hire experience and the ongoing product and platform enablement strategy for our go-to-market teams. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously evolving onboarding, a 30-60-90 certification program, and scalable enablement systems that help Account Executives ramp quickly and remain fluent as our platform, market, and customer needs evolve.

This is a highly execution-oriented role for a builder who thrives in ambiguity and loves creating from scratch. You’ll partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Managers to ensure Peregrine’s sales team deeply understands the platform, customer use cases, and value we deliver in the public safety ecosystem—on day one and long after ramp.

What You'll Do

Own Sales New Hire Enablement

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive Sales New Hire onboarding experience from Day 1 through ramp.
  • Ensure new hires develop deep, working proficiency across the platform, including core workflows and the value the platform delivers.
  • Establish onboarding as the foundation for long-term product mastery.

Build and Operate a 30-60-90 Certification Program

  • Design and run a structured 30-60-90 certification program with clear proficiency standards.
  • Define milestones across product fluency, platform navigation, demo execution, and feature knowledge.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to align certification outcomes with ramp expectations.
  • Track progress and iterate based on performance data and feedback.

Develop and Deliver Sales New Hire Bootcamp

  • Build and lead a Sales New Hire Bootcamp combining live instruction and hands-on platform practice.
  • Ensure reps can confidently demonstrate the core platform within their first 30 days, with deeper proficiency by 60 and 90 days.
  • Update Bootcamp content to reflect platform updates and product releases.

Own Ongoing Product & Platform Enablement

  • Deliver continuous product enablement to keep the sales team current on new features and workflows.
  • Establish a consistent operating cadence for release readiness, refresh training, and advanced platform deep dives.
  • Build scalable, on-demand enablement assets including playbooks, demo scripts, videos, walkthroughs, and internal resources.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to translate roadmap updates and launches into field-ready product training.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Impact

    • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing.
    • Serve as the bridge between Product and Sales, ensuring clarity and execution.
    • Track enablement metrics such as ramp time, certification outcomes, and demo readiness to continuously improve impact.

What We Look For

  • 5+ years in Sales, Product, or GTM Enablement in a high-growth SaaS or B2G (preferably Public Safety) environment.
  • Proven experience building onboarding, certifications, bootcamps, and enablement content.
  • Strong facilitator with excellent storytelling and instructional design skills.
  • Ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling sales narratives and demos.
  • Highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Builder mindset with a bias toward action and iteration.
  • Experience with complex or technical sales motions preferred.
  • Mission-driven and energized by Peregrine’s impact in public safety.
  • Located in San Francisco, California and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis.
