Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand at luxury galleries, trade shows, and private client events domestically and internationally
  • Build and grow fine jewelry sales through direct client relationships and partnerships with high-end retail galleries
  • Serve as a confident brand storyteller who cultivates long-term client loyalty
  • Develop and execute marketing and social media campaigns to promote new collections and brand milestones
  • Collaborate with creative and leadership teams on influencer partnerships, press coverage, and special events
  • Research and identify new market opportunities for brand expansion
  • Coordinate closely with leadership to ensure cohesive sales efforts and brand messaging
  • Participate in evening pop-up events and exclusive client experiences as needed

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven success in sales, preferably in luxury goods, fine jewelry, fashion, or high-end retail
  • 3 - 5 years of proven marketing/ advertising experience
  • Strong closing skills with demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse, high-net-worth clientele
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and ability to contribute to campaign development
  • Comfortable with frequent international solo travel and adapting to different cultural environments
  • Polished, professional presentation with an outgoing, extroverted personality
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
