SUMMARY:
So Good So You is seeking an experienced and highly organized Sales & Marketing Project Lead to support our fully-remote Sales, Marketing and Retail Operations teams. This position is one that requires flexibility and discipline in handling multiple projects and prioritizing daily tasks in an efficient manner and must be comfortable communicating with internal + external partners. This individual will report into the Sales team and will work closely with Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Understands and upholds B Corp principles which consider all stakeholder groups: community, customers, environment, governance and workers.
Sales and Marketing (60%)
Lead the merchandising inventory process to track, maintain and order Sales & Marketing supplies including trade show materials, product demos, merchandise, VIP customer gifts, brand and sales collateral, and new inventory yet to be recorded.
Attend Sales team weekly and bi-annual in-person meetings
Partner with Marketing team on planning, fulfillment and execution of influencer and community product and merchandise sends
Regular check-ins with Marketing team members for alignment and planning
Support the Sales team with item set ups and vendor information requests
Facilitate special and customer-specific projects and requests
Trade Shows (40%)
Brand ambassador on all SKUs in the So Good So You portfolio to attend demos, tradeshows and events to support as needed.
Partner with Lead Merchandising Coordinator to determine Sales & Marketing team's goals of each show - customer meetings, showcase new innovation, indie growth, general connection with buyers and decision makers (understand the audience)
Partner with Lead Merchandising Coordinator to plan, build out and coordinate trade show and events preparation needs through project management platform
Partner with Lead Merchandising Coordinator to book booth spaces, coolers, and equipment through trade show organizers
Manage any insurance, permits, or necessary documentation to participate in events
Partner with Lead Merchandising Coordinator to determine trade show product sample needs
Support Sales & Marketing Coordinator with product sample and booth material shipping and handling
Partner with Lead Merchandising Coordinator as well as Logistics team to coordinate shipping, handling, and delivery of product samples and trade show materials and evaluate for cost efficiency
Routinely review all trade show materials to ensure they meet brand standards
Travel to select tradeshows, both local and national, at the discretion of the Sales & Marketing teams (to be pre-determined) with as much notice as possible but limited to 1 week.

The position will provide an excellent learning ground across the Sales and Marketing divisions and company overall for those looking to continue their Sales or Marketing career, and to be on the ground floor of an emerging market in the health and wellness industry.
3 years of Sales, Marketing or related experience

Planning & management abilities for flexibility, organization, and management of multiple priorities and workload.

Can work well independently at our manufacturing facility.

Naturally curious - not afraid to ask questions and challenge assumptions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Manufacturing – Work is performed in a manufacturing plant. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell.
This position is regularly exposed to cold temperatures and damp conditions when performing tasks.
This position will frequently have to walk and stand. The employee should have the ability to regularly lift up to 55 lbs and be able to safely operate a forklift.
Must be able to push and pull up to 75lbs.
Sales and/or Marketing experience is required.
Tradeshow experience a plus.
Experience in both warehouse fulfillment and customer service.
Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills – G-Suite, Word, Excel & PowerPoint essential.
Experience in short shelf life, refrigerated products is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
In accordance with Minnesota's Pay Transparency Law (effective January 1, 2025), the salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000.
