About The Role:
The Sales & Marketing Program Coordinator serves as a key liaison between the Sales and Marketing teams. This role is responsible for capturing inbound requests from sales, including but not limited to; presentation development, asset locations, swag requests, and content location, then coordinating deliverables across the marketing team via our Jira instance. You’ll track timelines, set clear expectations, and ensure regular updates to sales stakeholders.
You’ll will take the lead on sales-facing content delivery, specifically PowerPoint presentation to ensure all materials are tailored, visually consistent, and brand-aligned in collaboration with our Creative Director & Director of MARCOM. Additionally, you’ll maintain and organize our SharePoint instance to keep assets easily accessible and up to date.

Required skills and experience:
Solid knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, including content marketing and social media marketing
At least two (2) years of hands-on experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, and Jira
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Advanced PowerPoint design skills, with the ability to create visually compelling and professional presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $80,000- $90,000, plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
