Sales & Marketing Manager - International Expansion (SaaS, AI-first)

We are unique in our niche. In several Northern European countries, we hold a 100% market share. Our customers include some of the largest media companies in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, and Austria.

We are now in a strong growth phase and are looking for someone ready to take full commercial responsibility and accelerate the next stage of our international expansion.

Our office is located at Medborgarplatsen in Stockholm.

The Role

This is a strategic and operational key position with full commercial responsibility, working closely with the CEO.

You will drive the business end-to-end:

  • Set and execute international sales and marketing strategy
  • Generate demand and drive lead generation
  • Develop relationships with large international customers
  • Lead negotiations and close deals
  • Identify new markets and growth opportunities
  • Expand business with existing customers

Germany is an important focus area where we already have momentum and significant potential, but your role is broader: to expand our products globally and strengthen our international presence.

You will work closely with the product team to ensure we develop what the market demands, and that our commercial strategy is clearly aligned with customer value.

Travel is a natural part of the role.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who wants to own the business and drive growth.

You:

  • Have experience in international B2B sales, preferably within SaaS
  • Are both strategic and operational
  • Have driven expansion into new markets
  • Are confident in dialogue with large, established companies
  • Work data-driven and use AI as an integral part of your work
  • Experience in the media industry or newspaper production is a plus, but not required

Languages:

  • Swedish and English are required
  • German is highly desirable
  • Additional languages are a plus
