Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

Are you creative, energetic, and results-driven? We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced team. You’ll bring campaigns to life, drive sales, manage events, and help shape how we connect with customers. If variety excites you and you love seeing your ideas in action, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Creative

• Create, schedule, and manage content across all channels, keeping it on-brand and on point.
• Prepare creative briefs and storyboards for designers and video editors.
• Plan and coordinate events like product launches, workshops, and exhibitions.
• Drive marketing campaigns that generate leads and support sales.
• Manage tasks across teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Maintain a fresh, engaging digital presence across website, social media, and platforms.

Sales & Business Development

• Conduct bid analysis, sales reporting, pipeline tracking, pricing reviews, tender preparation, and deal evaluation.
• Support marketing initiatives that boost lead generation and conversions.
• Collaborate with management and Business Development teams on strategy, demos, partnerships, and client presentations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in marketing or sales.
• Proficient with CRM, Mailchimp, and digital marketing tools.
• Highly organized, comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Bonus: project management, creative design, UI/UX, or IT experience.
• Only Singaporean / Singapore Permanent Resident may apply, we are not supporting Employment Visa
