We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth, with this role being functionally a sales position at its core. While the role includes marketing collaboration, the primary objective is to generate, qualify, and convert leads, leveraging social media as a key sales and business development channel.

You’ll be responsible for:

Sales (Primary Focus)

  • Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities through outbound activities.
  • Actively leverage social media platforms (e.g., Instagram and other relevant channels) as a sales tool to drive lead generation, awareness, and partner acquisition in new regions.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline and customer lifecycle using Salesforce.
  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity targets aligned with company growth objectives.

Marketing & Demand Generation (Sales-Enabling)

  • Execute social media–led initiatives that support sales goals, including content-driven outreach and inbound demand generation.
  • Contribute to the creation of sales-focused marketing assets such as social media content, outreach messaging, and promotional materials.
  • Support the planning and execution of campaigns that directly enable pipeline growth.
  • Monitor lead and campaign performance, using data to refine outreach and improve conversion.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new sales opportunities and emerging regions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging that supports sales efforts across all channels.

About You:

  • Fluent Greek & English speaker.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a commercially focused hybrid role (sales-first experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability or strong interest in using social media for lead generation and sales outreach.
  • Salesforce CRM experience will be considered a big plus.
  • Go-Getter mentality & tech savvy.

  • Natural communicator, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Love receiving feedback and putting it into action in order to achieve better results.
