Sales Manager

What you'll do:
Guide, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 AEs targeting the US region, ensuring high performance and goal achievement.
Create and implement effective sales strategies for the US market, aligned with company goals.
Oversee training programs to enhance AE skills, focusing on closing deals and customer relationship management.
Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency, reduce cycle time, and boost win rates.
Foster a results-driven, positive team environment, motivating AEs to achieve targets and maintain high morale.
Track team performance, provide regular updates, and use data to optimize sales processes.
Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
Who you are:
10-12 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
Strong understanding of the US market, sales processes, and industry trends.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using sales data and KPIs to drive decisions and performance.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in B2B SaaS sales or similar industries is a must.
Knowledge of K-12 and Schools and School districts is a plus.
