Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – UK & Europe to lead our growth strategy across the region. This senior role requires a high-performing sales professional with a deep understanding of the IT services landscape and a strong network in the UK/EU enterprise sector. You will be instrumental in expanding Devsinc’s regional presence, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth in new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the UK and European markets with a focus on enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Business Development: Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities in key verticals such as Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, Technology, and Manufacturing.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate long-term relationships with C-level executives, technology decision-makers, and procurement leads.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently exceed pipeline, revenue, and profitability targets through disciplined sales execution and strategic account management.
  • Proposal & Deal Structuring: Lead the preparation of proposals, pricing models, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Partnership Building: Collaborate with global system integrators, technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS), and channel partners to drive co-selling and joint GTM initiatives.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with solution architects, delivery teams, marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and regional dynamics to proactively adapt sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and provide regular updates to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services, digital transformation, or software engineering, with demonstrable success in the UK and European markets.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales, solution-based selling, and long-cycle enterprise sales.
  • Proven ability to develop and close multi-million-dollar deals with enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and initiative.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales performance analytics.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe as required.
