The Enterprise GTM unit at Truecaller for Business- the enterprise solutions business area at Truecaller focuses on providing value to large / medium enterprises and digital native/startups by improving the way they communicate with their customers. Our brand identity management solutions help businesses achieve more by enhancing their presence on Truecaller as a Verified Business. We also help in improving the user experience on calls for our customers by adding trust, context & safety to their call and message based communication. Our team is a fantastic blend of young turks and industry veterans from the top tech companies globally and we count many of India’s top enterprises and startups as our delighted customers. As part of our aggressive growth plans, we are looking for young, energetic and customer obsessed professionals to join  our Customer Success function in the Enterprise GTM(Go-To-Market) organization.

As a Sales Manager, International Markets - Enterprise Business, you will work with customers in markets such as SEA and African sub-continent. You are expected to leverage your existing relationships as well as build new relationships across our enterprise accounts to help position and drive adoption of our communication suite of enterprise products. 

What do we expect from you 

  • 6+ years of experience in evangelizing SaaS products to the global market 
  • Should be well-versed selling to customers in markets such as the SEA and African sub-continent 
  • Excellent track record of consistently exceeding aggressive goals and targets 
  • Has good experience with value-prop based selling to Enterprise customers 
  • Passionate about selling, with a strong belief in ‘sales-driven organization growth’ mindset
  • Adept to performing & growing in fast paced environments, with excellent negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize 

What will you work on 

  •  Focus on acquiring top Enterprise & Mid Market customers in ROW (outbound-led) 
  •  Do market research to build target account lists for net new logo acquisition, while maintaining and enriching Named Accounts List on an ongoing basis to identity new opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end sales cycle: hunting, prospecting, demos, negotiations and deal closures 
  • Leverage cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, etc. to get meetings and close revenue 
  • Build and maintain deals pipeline with high velocity conversion rate & sales cycle 
  • Target monthly quota (MRR) and accurately share forecasts on a week-on-week basis
  • Help build success stories with our customers

It would be great if you also have: 

  • Exposure to technology driven business models. 
  • Good understanding of mobile and communication platform technologies. 
  • Entrepreneurial traits, proactive approach, passion to succeed and desire to grow
