The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to expand our software solutions business in Thailand, with a focus on the Logistics and People Mobility sectors. This quota-carrying role is responsible for driving new business, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets through consultative, solution-based selling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and research new accounts to build a pipeline through outbound outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up to maximise conversion
  • Manage end-to-end sales opportunities in the Thailand market, from proposal development and negotiation to deal closure
  • Lead account planning and develop long-term strategies to achieve financial targets and key milestones over a 1–3 year period
  • Understand customer challenges and design tailored, value-driven solutions leveraging SWAT’s AI-powered technologies
  • Partner with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Marketing, Solutions Delivery & Services, and Product to ensure seamless solution implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Engage with strategic partners to execute joint go-to-market initiatives and expand SWAT’s reach in Thailand
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in Salesforce


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, field sales, business development, or consulting within the technology, software, or IT services sector
  • Proven success in solution or consultative selling to large enterprises and financial institutions in Thailand
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and highly motivated self-starter
  • Proficiency in Thai and English (both written and spoken) to communicate with Thai-speaking and English-speaking clients
