Sales Manager Sweden

We are looking for a colleague who will lead our Swedish sales team with drive, integrity and thorough understanding of our external and internal context: our customers and market competitors, our products and our internal networks of collaborative and competent colleagues across the functions and Nordic region.

Role Overview:

The Sales Manager for Sweden will lead our country sales efforts, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, engaging with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver the high-quality service that Master Builders Solutions is known for.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in Sweden.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and assess competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align product offerings with market needs.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in industry events and represent Master Builders Solutions to enhance the brand.
  • Responsible for business optimisation within given budgets and guidelines in collaboration with local and Nordic Operations and SCM teams
  • Proactive participation of the Local as well as Nordic Leadership Team, including support in setting the local strategy for business and acting as one voice in the local organisation

Knowledge and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree within Construction Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar, alternatively a professional technical education supplemented with several years of working experience within concrete / construction segment
  • Min. 5 years’ experience from a commercial role within the industry
  • Thorough knowledge of the Norwegian concrete and construction industry and market
  • Thorough understanding of the financial KPIs and processes connected to sales
  • Strong customer and commercial focus, proactive and self-driven
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High personal integrity with good structure in working manner
  • Experience from leading people and / or projects
  • Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Norway and occasionally abroad.
