Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative with a keen interest in sustainability to join our B2B Sales team.  This role is responsible for driving sales of our ESG reporting tool to support companies measuring the impact of their activities as part of the CSRD mandate.  In addition, you will expand the market presence of our comprehensive suite of sustainability products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable solutions, good knowledge of the sustainability regulatory landscape, a proven track record in sales and the ability to build strong relationships with clients across various industries

What you'll get to own:

  • Leading the sales activities of the ESG reporting tool to companies.
  • Identifying new clients.
  • Client relationships, providing consultancy support during the implementation of the tool. 
  • Sales management data.
  • Achieving sales targets for both for ESG reporting tool and other sustainable business solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales of our ESG reporting tool across Europe. 
  • Identifying and targeting potential clients for the ESG reporting tool.
  • Supporting the implementation of the tool, providing consulting support as appropriate.
  • Cross-selling from the suite of existing and new sustainability products.      
  • Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.  Sharing knowledge with the team to improve sales strategies.
  • Understanding client needs and tailor solutions to meet their sustainability goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Developing promotional materials and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date reports of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.  
  • Preparing regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, sharing insights and recommending improvements based on sales data and client feedback.

Requirements

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the ESG sector, sustainability, mobility, or technology sectors.
  • SaaS sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of and commitment to sustainable mobility solutions and corporate sustainability initiatives.
  • Knowledge of legislation/regulations and how these apply to companies.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Experience of selling within the not-for-profit sector e.g. environmental, social or to an audit company.
  • Knowledge of current research and trends in ESG field.
