πŸ“ˆ Lead and develop a sales team focused on proactive outreach and pipeline generation for SMB customers

🎯 Set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs, and drive consistent target achievement

🀝 Coach your team on sales fundamentals such as discovery, value-based conversations, objection handling, and closing

πŸ“Š Analyse pipeline and performance data to identify trends, improve conversion, and optimise sales processes

🧠 Collaborate closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to improve lead quality and customer experience

πŸš€ Contribute to scalable sales processes and help shape the future growth of the sales organisation

βœ”οΈ Have 3+ years of experience in sales, ideally including team leadership or mentoring

βœ”οΈ Are comfortable in performance-driven environments with proactive customer engagement

βœ”οΈ Have a solid understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management

βœ”οΈ Communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy β€” both with customers and team members
