As a Sales Manager, youβll lead a team focused on proactive customer engagement, performance excellence, and continuous improvement. Youβll play a key role in driving revenue, developing people, and shaping how we reach and support SMBs at scale.
π Lead and develop a sales team focused on proactive outreach and pipeline generation for SMB customers
π― Set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs, and drive consistent target achievement
π€ Coach your team on sales fundamentals such as discovery, value-based conversations, objection handling, and closing
π Analyse pipeline and performance data to identify trends, improve conversion, and optimise sales processes
π§ Collaborate closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to improve lead quality and customer experience
π Contribute to scalable sales processes and help shape the future growth of the sales organisation
βοΈ Have 3+ years of experience in sales, ideally including team leadership or mentoring
βοΈ Are comfortable in performance-driven environments with proactive customer engagement
βοΈ Have a solid understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
βοΈ Communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy β both with customers and team members
