You will be at the forefront of our revenue growth in Spain, taking responsibility for a significant part of our sales engine and reporting to the Head of Sales. This means not only leading and inspiring team leaders and sales representatives, but also instilling a culture of success and acting as a true ambassador for Booksy's culture and values.
You will immerse yourself in strategy, contributing to key initiatives that sharpen our competitive advantage and ensure we are poised for medium- and long-term success. You will be the driving force behind your team's results and development, guiding them towards new goals and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to excel.
