We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving business growth in Serbia and Croatia. In this role, you will develop and implement effective business strategies, lead and coach high-performing sales teams, and ensure targets are consistently met. Description:
- Developing business strategy and sales plans for dedicated B2B sales channel and supervising its implementation and execution.
- Managing dedicated sales team, with strong focus on team’s development via regular common onsite visits, employees’ coaching and feedbacking, creating and following training plans.
- Managing sales results via monitoring performance indicators and stirring business into the right direction.
- Maintaining good relationships with current business partners, cooperation with key clients and introducing strong business partnering.
- Supporting the acquisition process of new customers.
- Take a part to the SOMFY Hungary, Balkans, Baltics, Romania (HBBR) management team and act as a team player to co-build and co-implement the strategy of the business entity.
- Build and promote internally a solid expertise of the assembler and manufacturers channel, foster the construction of differentiating action plans to bring value to those customers through the transversal animation of multidisciplinary teams (sales, key accounts, marketing and all support services inside the company).
- Higher education in economics, management or similar.
- Experience in B2B business and OEM is of significant importance to succeed in the role. In addition, expertise coming from construction, technology, automation or automotive industry will be an asset.
- Strong transversal management skills: capacity to build a vision mobilizing teams from different departments inside the company, and lead this cross-functional team towards the implementation of solid value proposals.
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in managerial skills and ability to manage remote sales team via coaching and mentoring.
- Demonstrated ability to develop team competences / people development.
- Capacity to build customer knowledge and customer intimacy.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish 360 degree cooperation with key accounts.
- Excellent working knowledge of English and experience in international working environment.
- Practical knowledge of CRM Sales Force or similar, SAP would be an asset.
- Highly developed analytical skills, proactiveness, organizational skills, focus on results will be helpful in fulfilling this role.
