Sales Manager (SAAS Sales)

Job Summary:

The Account Manager at Creative Chaos will be responsible for driving sales of our software solutions, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, demonstrating the value of our solutions, and leading your team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, providing coaching and support to enhance performance
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to measure team performance and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance as the position revolves around Finance SAAS sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAAS sales, with a proven track record of managing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of SAAS products and the software market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
  • Experience in developing sales training programs for team development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
