While we follow a flexible hybrid working model, allowing team members to work remotely most of the time, we also value regular in-person collaboration. Our office is located in the heart of Stockholm, just around T-Centralen, where the team meets regularly to connect and exchange ideas.

You Will:

  • Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to generate sales with some of the biggest e-commerce brands in the region;
  • Engage with decision-makers across all seniority levels on the client side;
  • Collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success;
  • Contribute to growth as a digital market leader in the Nordics region;
  • Develop strategies to meet client needs and acquire new business while reporting on sales process status for potential new customers;
  • Maintain and elevate client relationships at all business levels;
  • Participate in major industry events.

Desired Experience: 

  • Experience in direct B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising, selling complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams with a consultative selling approach;
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising, ideally paired with an existing network of key contacts and decision-makers in the industry;
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, build sales plans, and translate customer needs into profitable solutions while consistently hitting KPIs in mid to longer-term sales cycles;
  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and positive achiever attitude;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (C1 or above).
