About the role
Otovo is looking for a motivated Sales Manager (f/m/x) with experience in the Dutch market to advise private customers on residential solar solutions. This is a full-time position, fully remote within the Netherlands, where you will support customers from first consultation to successful contract closure.
Your goal is to drive the successful sale of Otovo’s residential solar solutions (B2C) and actively contribute to the energy transition.

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively acquire and manage private customers (B2C)

  • Advise customers on Otovo’s solar solutions via phone and video calls

  • Guide customers through the complete digital sales and contracting process up to closing

  • Prepare and present customized offers

  • Build and maintain your own customer network

  • Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales team (e.g. appointment setting and lead qualification)

  • Use modern sales tools and continuously optimize your sales performance

  • Track and improve results based on clear KPIs

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in B2C sales, ideally in the Dutch market

  • Experience in the solar or energy sector is a plus, but not required

  • Fluent in Dutch and good command of English (required)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation and strong results orientation

  • Structured, independent, and proactive working style
