Job Description:

ProArch is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage enterprise accounts, and lead high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing sales strategies, owning P&L outcomes, building strategic partnerships, and collaborating closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Own and manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
  • Lead enterprise account management, building long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive sales campaign planning in collaboration with marketing teams across multiple channels.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel sales approaches including direct, partner, and digital sales.
  • Oversee global sales operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across regions.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage geographically distributed sales teams, fostering performance-driven culture.
  • Conduct advanced sales reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
  • Lead negotiations and strategic partnerships with customers, vendors, and alliance partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
