We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Sales Manager to drive growth across the EMEA region in our Helmond office. This role is designed for a self-driven business developer who excels at navigating complex technical sales and building long-term strategic partnerships. You will act as the bridge between our customers and our global internal teams to deliver market-leading power solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities to aggressively expand market share.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Product Ownership: Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Business Units contacts in Taiwan, FAEs, oversea factories, and logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Account Strategy: Manage and scale existing accounts, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales results, stock levels, and market coverage; provide accurate forecasting to management.
  • Field Engagement: Travel (approx. 30%) for customer visits, joint end-user meetings, and representation at industry exhibitions.
  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales success (Power Supply or Electronics industry highly preferred).
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS office.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
  • Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin and English.
