The Role:
As a Sales Manager, for the Outbound Team, you’ll play a critical role in refining and accelerating Paro’s Outbound sales strategy. You will join a rapidly growing team and be involved in recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires as well as lead a team that supports the entire organization primarily through true outbound cold prospecting and outreach to generate leads and close on new logos. In addition to this your team will also be responsible for qualifying marketing leads and expanding current accounts that drive revenue growth through exceeding quota.
