NFQ.email team is a leading Email Marketing service provider in Lithuania with national rights to represent Omnisend (Marketing Automation platform) among over 2000 national and international accounts. Our daily tasks include strategy planning, content creation, sales, client support, and overall E-commerce business consulting.   With 15+ years of experience in this field, we have consulted and worked with over 500 businesses, including names such as MemberShop.lt, Barbora.lt, Ermitazas.lt, Pegasas.lt, Audimas.lt, Makalius.lt, and many others, including international brands.   Currently, we are looking for an Email Marketing Strategist to join our delivery team. You will develop email and omnichannel strategies (Email, SMS, Push) for leading Lithuanian E-commerce brands, collaborating closely with project managers and content creators to drive performance and retention initiatives in a dynamic and diverse role.     In this role, you will
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to signed contract, ensuring high conversion efficiency
  • Achieve agreed conversion targets on sales-qualified opportunities
  • Translate client needs into tailored solutions, primarily leveraging email marketing services and Omnisend platform.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with relevant teams to develop tailored proposals
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned with ICP and revenue targets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations with clear business value articulation
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with margin and pricing expectations
  • Collaborate closely with Lead Generation Specialist, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure strong qualification and
    seamless handoffs
  • Maintain disciplined CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibility
  • Proactively provide feedback and work on offer update
  • What you will bring
  • 2–4+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales, business development, or account management preferably in digital, CX,
    e-commerce, or IT services
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving high conversion rates in consultative or product sales environments
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, needs analysis, and solution positioning
  • Ability to understand and articulate digital service offerings (marketing, UX/UI, development, analytics, etc.) in a business
    context
  • Experience managing full sales cycles, from qualified lead to contract signature
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including working with multiple decision-makers
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage pipeline, forecast, and sales performance metrics
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining structured sales processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Lithuanian and English.
  • High ownership, accountability, and ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages
