About the Role:

Our B2B team is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help us achieve ambitious growth goals. As the Sales Manager of the New Business Hunter Org, you will build and manage a team of Sales Executives who are responsible for selling to primarily net new accounts, via Inbound and Outbound lead sources. You will maximize the sales team’s production by working closely with the AEs to consistently hit sales quotas and by developing their professional skills, which includes pipeline development, pipeline management, and deal closing. This is an opportunity to significantly impact the growth of our company and be responsible for executing key components of our revenue growth strategy.

You will be based in our New York, NY office in a hybrid capacity.

At Dashlane you will: 

  • Manage and develop an existing team of Hunter Sales Executives, providing ongoing support, training, and leadership to ensure consistent individual and team quota attainment.
  • Develop selling strategies and tactics, including prospecting, pipeline generation and management, sales objection handling, and closing.
  • Drive operational excellence through accurate pipeline management, forecasting, consistent coaching via calls reviews, role plays, etc.
  • Coach AEs on Sandler Sales sales methodology and reinforce via listening to Gong call recordings, role plays, team best practice sharing, etc.
  • Develop a deep understanding and subject matter expertise across the landscape of cyber security, identity, and Password Management applications including being a subject matter expert in the competitive landscape.
  • Responsible for accurate pipeline management and forecasting, starting at the sales executive level, which then rolls up to management forecasting to leadership.
  • Work with the Sales Team to present complex information to prospects, and colleagues, in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with Sales support resources and cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives based on business needs and growth opportunities (Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, User Support & Service, Marketing, Product, Engineering, etc.)

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of deal-closing experience in B2B SaaS
  • 3+ years of sales management experience in B2B SaaS; with 2+ years management at the same company, and ideally managing Saas security solutions.

We're also looking for: 

  • Proven track record achieving or exceeding team quotas.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in sales methodologies, with excellent closing and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and an ability to effectively communicate, influence, and motivate others.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Committed to rep coaching and continuous learning and improvement.
  • Track record of generating pipeline via MQLs and via Sales Campaigns.
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Zoominfo, 6Sense etc.)
  • Grit, accountability, and ownership- you’re willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic.
  • Can perform day-to-day work with minimal supervision, and new and/or complex assignments with minimal direction; self-directed and resourceful.
  • Experience working with Channel Partners (SHI, Optiv, etc).
  • Tech-savvy, personable with natural problem-solving abilities and demonstrated discretion and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Ability to think critically, troubleshoot and solve complex problems in a fast-paced, data-driven, metrics-oriented environment.

Salary Range: $180,000 - $210,00 in OTE (comprised of base salary & variable pay)

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane. We also include equity in all compensation packages and believe 100% of Dashlaners should have an option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from what we hope will be a lot of upside growth.

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners.  We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
