About the Position
You will lead and develop SDR, Sales Executives and BDR's. You will own the sales funnel end-to end from lead generation to deal closing, driving consistency and measurable growth.
This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with operations and marketing teams to align execution with strategic objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse sales team (Sales Executives, Lead Generators, and Business Developers) to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Oversee all stages of the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Monitor,analyse, and optimise sales metrics to identify challenges and implement data driven improvements.
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of Pipedrive CRM and other tools for performance tracking and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimise lead flow and with Operations to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting key sales KPIs, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of sales team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic B2B partners and clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Nestify’s market presence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, ideally within B2B, SaaS, real estate, or technology services.
- Proven success in leading and scaling high-performing sales teams ( 5-8 people)
- Strong background in B2B sales, business development and closing mid to large-scale deals.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with confidence in interpreting performance data to drive improvements.
- Proficient in Pipedrive CRM and comfortable with digital reporting and automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience working in an agile, fast paced SaaS or tech environment.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Experience designing and executing sales training and performance plans.
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Based in Cape Town and available for full-time on-site work.
