Sales Manager Mexico & Caribbean

TLDR

Lead the drive for sales growth in the renewable energy sector, focusing on new customer acquisition and managing relationships with existing clients in the photovoltaic market.

Responsibilities

· Prospect new customers, through commercial visits, market research and participation in corporate events
 
· Request and follow up commercial proposals with the pre-sales engineering team
 
· Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support.
 
· Manage the opportunities in CRM(salesforce) system, follow up order/forecast from customer/sales and monitor demand fluctuation and prepare a management report
 
· Monitor sales performance indicators to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
 
· Assist head of sales in daily international & domestic sales activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business administration or similar relevant education.
  • Ccommercial professional experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably in the photovoltaic segment. It is desirable to have existing relationships with developers, manufacturers, EPC companies, and end customers in the photovoltaic sector.Technical knowledge in solar tracker market is a plus.
  • Good at communication and being supportive. Team spirit and high sense of responsibility, understanding of contracts, payment terms, Incoterms…
  • High organized, quick to learn, logical, good at working in multi-tasked, Hands-on and solution-oriented.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Office, ERP(BPM) & CRM(Salesforce)
  • Fluent English and Spanish 
  • Willingness to travel
  • Self-motivated, diligent and detail-oriented
