- Utilize thorough discovery processes to qualify leads and prioritize efforts towards high-value opportunities.
- Consistently deliver engaging demonstrations and persuasive sales presentations to captivate audiences and convert leads into customers.
- Proactively manage contract negotiations to secure agreements that meet both customer requirements and company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline implementation processes and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Regularly assess progress towards quarterly goals and adjust strategies as needed to maintain momentum and achieve targets.
- Foster the growth of your team by providing coaching, aiding in the enhancement of their sales techniques and facilitating the attainment of sales objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Customer Success and Sales Operations to guarantee a seamless process for our clients
- A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred for this role, allowing you to leverage your academic strengths.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business-to-business sales is required, along with demonstrated success in sales and sales team leadership.
- Strong negotiation skills are essential, coupled with the ability to ensure compliance with pricing and packaging guidelines.
- Proven track record of motivating teams to hit quotas and close deals, emphasizing a results-oriented approach.
- Proactive engagement in targeted outreach and lead-generation activities to drive business growth.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including proficiency in managing the customer purchase process and negotiating contract terms.
- Collaborative mindset with the capacity to coordinate effectively with internal teams for successful implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [Language] and English.

- 70,000 - 90,000 base salary plus OTE
