  • Strategic execution: Build and optimize the sales process to increase conversion rates and team efficiency. You will define the roadmap for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business.

  • Data-driven management: Analyze sales performance metrics to identify gaps in the system. You will provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights to improve market share.

  • Lead by example by getting involved in high-stakes negotiations, building and maintaining excellent relationships with key corporate accounts.

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales associates. You will be responsible for motivating them to exceed both individual and team targets.

  • Sales Operations: Implement consultative selling techniques and ensure the team effectively utilizes CRM tools to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Strong leadership: Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. You know how to set clear KPIs and keep the team focused on success.

  • Analytical and data mindset: You are comfortable with numbers and can translate raw data into strategic sales plans.

  • Solution-oriented: Extensive experience in B2B sales and lead generation. You understand the nuances of selling a service and can teach your team how to overcome objections.

  • Accountability: A "roll up your sleeves" attitude. We are a high-growth startup, and we need a leader who takes full ownership of their territory.

  • What You’ll Need
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant sales management experience (Experience in Startups, platform businesses or the Logistics-delivery industry is a plus).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline from a reputable institution.

  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Fluency in English is a must.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market and pivot strategies when necessary.
