ROLE PURPOSE

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the development of new business opportunities and expanding profitably the existing accounts. Build and maintain strategic client relationships while ensuring consistent revenue growth through effective account management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

1.Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts and prospects, understanding their business needs and requirements
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and engagement activities
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing customer base

2.Sales Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and EBITDA targets, including new business opportunities
  • Present solutions and value propositions to customers effectively
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals in alignment with company policies

3.Operating rhythm discipline

  • Participate in monthly sales planning meetings to align on priorities and strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in SalesForce CRM
  • Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts and client meetings

4.Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Managers to align solutions with customer needs
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate scope and delivery commitments
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and lead generation activities

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Essential:

  • 4+ years proven success as a Sales Manager in a B2B technical sales environment
  • Experience in global organizations
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets 
  • Commercial & Business Acumen
  • Background in automotive, engineering, or technical services industry
  • Experience managing large strategic accounts and negotiations
  • Excellent meeting facilitation and leadership skills
  • CRM proficiency and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Fluency in English; additional languages based on regional requirements will be highly value
  • Availability to travel
