Key Responsibilities

  • Taking responsibility for executing business plans while staying informed about market trends to effectively align sales strategy.
  • Diving deep into client operations to understand their needs and help solve operational bottlenecks using BEUMER Group’s advanced sorting systems.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, prioritizing trust-building and long-term relationships over short-term transactions.
  • Actively generating leads in the field, conducting meetings, and representing the company at industry fairs and conferences.
  • Leading the creation of detailed proposals, ensuring they strictly adhere to customer requirements and technical feasibility.
  • Combining strong interpersonal and communication skills with self-motivation to work independently, as well as collaborating closely with engineering teams and HQ
  • Ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and reliability of reports, technical descriptions and calculations.
  • Using data to build undeniable arguments, facing complex Excel calculations and value-packed presentations with confidence.
  • Supporting complex B2B contract negotiations and finalizing legal and commercial details

 

  • Technical Education: A solid understanding of the physics behind the systems is essential (automation, mechanics, logistics or similar are preferred)
  • Languages: Polish native, English (min. B2/C1) – mandatory for daily technical consultation with Customers, HQ, Suppliers and international documentation. Other languages are a plus.
  • B2B Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales involving complex investment processes (Industrial/Logistics sectors preferred).
  • Tools: High proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Nice to have: Experience in logistics projects in any role.
