In this Sales Manager role you will oversee assigned territories and contribute to the achievement and exceeding of sales revenue targets for the team in accordance with the sales plan.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Ensuring exhibitor satisfaction through regular follow-ups, onsite rebookings, and retention strategies.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of sales results, pipeline, and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients, particularly in the real estate sector.
  • Support business development efforts and identify new sales opportunities, including innovative hunting techniques.
  • Execute sales strategies for both established events and new launches.
  • Assist with project timelines and deliverables for event launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and content teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Track sales pipeline and work toward achieving targets, including organic sales growth.
  • Represent Tahaluf at trade shows and industry events, showcasing confidence and professionalism.
  • Support team members in their sales activities and contribute to the team’s restructuring efforts.

Measures of Success:

  • Achievement of revenue targets and pipeline pacing.
  • Number of proposals submitted per week and pipeline closure rates.
  • Effectiveness in research and lead generation.
  • Campaign planning and management results.
  • Business development outcomes, including new client acquisition and retention.
  • Exhibitor satisfaction levels and onsite rebooking rates.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven B2B and/or events sales experience, preferably with GCC exposure.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and key account management.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Solid presentation skills and ability to confidently pitch products and solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales targets, pipeline management, and CRM systems such as Salesforce (training provided).
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to travel internationally for events.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with Saudi clientele or local markets.
  • Background in events sales, with varied industry knowledge.
  • Innovative and confident approach to business development.
