Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and actively seeking new clients in the renewable energy sector. This is a dynamic position involving both direct communication with clients and active participation in representing the company in the market.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
• Identifying and establishing relationships with new clients
• Presenting and promoting the company’s services
• Organizing and participating in meetings with clients
• Traveling to clients within Lithuania and other Baltic countries
• Participating in exhibitions, conferences, and other energy sector events
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken)
• Higher education degree
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly convey information
• Initiative, confidence, and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to independently plan work, set priorities, and focus on client and business objectives
• Category B driving license
• Comprehensive introduction to the company’s operations – including services provided, existing clients, ongoing projects, and work processes
• Continuous training and knowledge transfer – providing all necessary expertise for smooth performance and ongoing professional development
• Company car for business trips (including fuel expenses and daily allowances)
€3,300–5,000 gross per month
Probation period – 3 months. After the probation period, a salary of €5,000 gross per month is offered, along with additional bonuses based on attracted investments and/or implemented project results.
