TLDR

Lead sales efforts by developing a sales script, managing customer relationships, and building a team while working in the mortgage marketing industry.

We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
Before recruiting his own team, the sales manager will spend first-months doing outgoing call to understand the product and create a sales script.  

Someone with experience in the mortgage industry would be a great fit. 

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • Hire a recruit a team of sales agents
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-4 years of sales experience - not afraid of high outgoing calls and cold calling 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • experience in Mortgage
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
