Position Summary 
The Sales Manager Germany Projects is responsible for developing and executing sales activities for PV projects in Germany. The role focuses on customer development, opportunity management, and contract execution, working closely with internal teams to deliver successful projects and achieve regional sales targets. 
 
Reporting Line 
Reports to Country Sales Manager Germany or Regional Sales Director CE/SW Europe 
 
Major Responsibilities 
  • Support and manage PV sales opportunities from early-stage development through contract signature
  • Build andmaintainrelationships with project developers, EPCs, technical advisors, and other key stakeholders
  • Participate in contract negotiations with customers under guidance of senior sales leadership
  • Identifyand qualifynew salesopportunities in theGermanPV projectsmarket
  • Contribute to regional sales strategy execution and marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate closely with Legal, Technical, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintainaccuratepipeline data, forecasts, and reporting
Performance Indicators 
  • Revenue and volume achievement vs. target
  • Number and quality of qualifiedprojectopportunities
  • Deal progression and conversion rates
  • Customer feedback and internal stakeholder alignment

Your profile

Required Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in PV sales or project development, ideally with some exposure to utility-scale projects
  • Understanding of PV policies, standards, and market dynamics in Germany
  • German: C2 (near native proficiency); English: C1 (professional working proficiency)
