The Job:
Job Purpose: The Sales Manager for Direct Business is responsible for driving sales growth by directly engaging with clients, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. This role involves overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Business Development Inbound to UK and BNX: Develop and implement strategies to attract and grow inbound business to the UK and Benelux regions.
Proactive Sales Activities: Identify and pursue new customers through proactive sales activities, including attending travel markets globally to expand the customer base.
Tour Operations: The salesperson is responsible for operating the tours secured through their own sales activities.
Sales Strategy Alignment: Align with superiors to define and develop sales strategies through discussions and collaboration with superiors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve direct business sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct engagement with potential clients.
