Your mission:
As our Sales Manager DACH (f/m/x) you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and spearheading strategic initiatives that will drive our organization to continued success. You will ensure the success of our platform by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships. Your role will be instrumental in establishing 4screen as the leading in-car marketing channel.
How you contribute to our success:

Identifying potential customers: You will target strategic local players and leading brands across a wide range of industries and verticals.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers: You will provide customized solutions to our customers by understanding their business needs and interests.

Conducting product demonstrations: You will have access to all our features and cars to showcase the value of our product in an individualized manner.

Collaborating accross teams: You will work closely accross various teams to generate leads, network and create marketing material.

Ensuring regular reporting: You will keep track of sales activities in your region, pipeline and revenue forecasts.

Optimizing processes: You will actively promote the use of best practices and a collaborative environment.
What makes you stand out:

5-10 years of experience in sales; experience with advertising sales for media or mobile solutions is a plus.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the DACH region.
- Strong understanding of DACH market dynamics, including client preferences and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; with the ability to influence and build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive the full sales cycle, from acquisition and lead generation to deal closure.
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset and knowledge of online formats, benchmarks and KPIs.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required.
