ViaBill is looking for a Sales Manager in Denmark to lead and scale our Danish sales operations. This is a key leadership role at a strategic moment in ViaBill’s growth.
You will be responsible for building, coaching, and managing a high-performing sales team, while also contributing directly to commercial results. Initially, the role combines hands-on sales execution with people leadership, evolving into a fully focused leadership position as the team scales.
You will ensure strong pipeline generation, and track performance against clear targets. The role requires strong execution skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to motivate and develop people in a fast-paced environment.
This position is based at ViaBill’s headquarters in central Copenhagen.
About You
Commercially driven sales leader who thrives in growth environments and enjoys building teams and structures from the ground up.
Experience in outbound B2B sales within fintech, payments, financial services, or another high-volume B2B industry
Proven experience sourcing leads, conducting outreach, running meetings, and closing deals
Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring sales professionals
Strong analytical skills with the ability to set targets, track performance, and follow up on results
Comfort working with KPIs, activity metrics, and sales forecasts
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
A hands-on mindset and willingness to lead by example
Motivation to work in a fast-growing, performance-oriented environment
What You Will Do
Lead, hire, onboard, and develop the Danish sales team
Coach team members through call reviews, deal reviews, and ongoing feedback
Contribute directly to pipeline generation and deal closing, especially in the early phase
Establish and maintain a clear sales framework with defined KPIs and follow-up routines
Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded
Collaborate closely with onboarding, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth handovers
Improve outreach strategies, messaging, and sales processes
Drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness and team performance
